Ms Rachel Ye and her team provided excellent, proactive, and exceptional services throughout our wedding day. The service staff were all very polite and attentive to small details and our needs… Event service captain, Leong was very professional and cheerful. He went the extra mile to ensure that the event would run smoothly. Leong was very thoughtful, he was aware that throughout the event, we did not have much opportunity to have our meal hence, he arranged for the dinner courses to be sent up to our room post-wedding dinner.
I would like to thank Ms Rachel Ye for being so accommodating and professional. The intimate wedding dinner turned out simple and elegant and the banquet was sumptuous. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Singapore!
We would like to thank all the personnel involved in the event. Jacinta, the banquet manager, the waitresses at the food tasting, and those who helped the bride during the actual wedding (Yu Ying and Yun Xiang) did a wonderful job throughout the entire planning process.
The team was fantastic, the venue was certainly awesome. It fit what we wanted, and was what we envisioned our wedding to be! Special commendations to Rachel, who replied my messages as early as 7am and as late as 11pm. Truly a dedicated wedding planner!
Rachel was very helpful in the pre-wedding coordination and in answering all our questions. She is also easily contactable during the days before the wedding. Our designated banquet manager, Isabelle, was on the ball and worked closely with our wedding party to ensure the wedding ran smoothly. The banquet team was very helpful, especially with following the programme.
Banquet manager was very helpful and professional. It was easy communicating with Rachel, very professional, and would give us quick responses even though we sent her messages late through the night.
Our wedding planner was superb in helping us manage the event from the start. She was helping us with our last-minute requests and changes up till the night before our event. So glad that we had a chance to work with her! Very impressed with the quality of the food. Our guests enjoyed their meal and complimented that the food was really good.
